What type of games do you rent?Everything but inflatables! You can rent OVERSIZED versions of famous games & a great variety of interactive games for children and adults of ALL ages. For more information, please take a look at "OUR GAMES" tab.

Can I rent games any day of the week?Yes, we are available any day of the week.

How long are the rental periods?Prices shown on our website are for up to an 8 hr rental. If you need additional time, please contact us so we can arrange an extension for your event.

Is delivery included in the price?IF YOUR EVENT IS IN RICHMOND HILL, GA: - Delivery is included when your total rent value is $150 or more. - There is a $10 delivery fee if your rental package is less than $150 dollars. If your event is NOT in Richmond Hill, GA: Please give us a call at ( 912) 591-5058 or fill out the "CONTACT US" form to discuss availability in your area. Delivery charge will be based on mileage.

Do you offer a military discount?Yes, we do! It is our way to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! Richmond Hill Fun Game Rentals will always offer a 10% discount to our brave men and women in uniform on any A-LA-CARTE or Package Deal rentals.

Can I rent your games if the event is outside the Richmond Hill area?Please give us a call at (912) 591-5058 or fill out the "CONTACT US" form to discuss your options.

Is a deposit required to reserve the games?Yes! A deposit of $40. is required to reserve the games & date of your special event. The deposit fee will be returned if there is no breakage, damage, or loss. We expect to pick up our games in the same condition they were delivered.

Do you only rent games to be delivered at houses?We deliver our games to houses, offices, schools, churches, parks, venues, etc., as long as the person renting the games is responsible for any permits required.

What if my event will take place in a public park?Parks are an excellent place to have our games. However, it is important you check with your Parks and Recreation Department to see if any permits are required.

Do you have more than one set of each game?We have more than one set for the most popular games. Please call to ensure availability. With enough notice, we can accomodate nearly any order.

Do you provide Game Play Instructions?Yes! All games come with an instruction sheet with the recommended game rules.

How do I reserve games for my event?Go to "OUR GAMES" or "PACKAGE DEALS" & look at our inventory. To rent our games you may choose your preferred form of communication: - Call (912-591-5058) - Send a text message - Leave a voice mail - Fill out the form under "Contact Us". If we are not available at the moment, we will return your call and/or text message as soon as possible.

When should I make a reservation?We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance. However, you could even call us the day before or even the day of your event, but we cannot guarantee availability in such a short notice.

When is my full rental payment due?The full rental payment along with the signed rental agreement must be received at least 3 days before the event. The games will not be delivered unless full payment and signed contract are received.

When will you deliver the games?It depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1 hour before the rental time begins.

What if I made a reservation and have to cancel it?You may cancel it with at least 3 days in advance for a full refund of both: rental paymet and deposit fee. Cancellations with less than 3 days in advance: rental payment will be return (minus $40. deposit fee) In the event of inclement weather where the event does not have an indoor contingency plan, the renter may cancel the event on the same day (before games are delivered). The renter will be provided a full refund of the rental price & deposit fee.

What if something breaks while I'm renting?We understand that some games might deteriorate with each use. You will not be responsible for normal wear and tear. However, you will be asked for a replacement of missing pieces, & stolen or broken games under your care.

Which health measures do you take with your rentals?All of our games are cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental.

Do you rent games on a short notice?Please, feel free to give us a call. We will try our best to help you and bring the FUN to you. However, we do not guarantee that specific games might be available on such a short notice.
